This is a quick-made tutorial. I only am a few hours into learning blender + halo mod tools myself but I saw an information gap for people wanting to get started from clean slate instead of an existing map. I can't promise I will respond to comments here. I think the best thing to do is join a discord such as Halo Mods (https://discord.com/invite/WuurKwr) and search for your question there and only if still stuck you should ask within the discord. Hopefully I edit this later to add more info and timestamps. Even more hopefully someone else makes a better tutorial and I can unlist this!
