I put this video together to show how to rotate leaves in three axes on a branch that is also free to move. This was born out of my frustration with other tutorials I have watched that showed how to attach instances to faces or lines, but changed in unpredictable ways as the original branch was moved. This shows a way that is simpler than Rotate Euler to Vector, and is more flexible.
