adds code

So this is a new one for me, my first Blender tutorial. I'm not sure how this is going to go. I was recently working on a car animation and I wanted to include realistic use of the lights on the car in the animation, but I couldn't find anything online for what the best way was to do this. I could keyframe each light and all the materials and everything, but that is a lot of stuff to keep straight and organized when making a simulation. So I researched other ways to control lights in Blender and put a few different things together and came up with this technique shown in this video. Using a few keyframes and most importantly, drivers, I configured the model car to activate its lights based on a few simple on/off custom properties on the body object. By doing this, keyframing the lights to work in animations is as simple as it gets. It takes a bit to explain the whole thing, but this is pretty easy to set up. I hope this is useful to someone!
